Michael F. Shank, D.O.
Dr. Shank is married with two daughters and lives in Thornbury Township. Dr. Shank is a graduate of the Devon Preparatory School and St. Joseph’s University where he earned a B.S. in Biology. He graduated from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1980, completed his internship at John F. Kennedy Memorial Hospital, and finished his residency in Family Practice at Suburban General Hospital. Dr. Shank is board certified in both Family Medicine and Geriatrics, as well as in Clinical Densitometry. Dr. Shank is the Medical Director at Whitehorse Village, a retirement community in Newtown Square, PA. He is also the Medical Director of the Skilled Nursing Facility at Riddle Memorial Hospital, as well as an Associate Professor of Geriatrics at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and Associate Medical Director at the Bone Health Center of Delaware Valley. He also serves as the Chairman of Family Practice at Riddle Memorial Hospital. Dr. Shank has been named as a Top Doctor in Main Line Today magazine in both Family Medicine and Geriatrics. Dr. Shank cares for his patients in the hospital, office, nursing home, and is one of the few local physicians who sees patients on house calls. He is also available as a speaker for various programs.
Joseph D. Hope, D.O.
Dr. Hope is originally from Southwest Philadelphia and currently resides in Concord Township. He is married with three daughters. Dr. Hope graduated from West Catholic High School and Villanova University with a B.S. in Biology. In 1993 he graduated from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Hope then went on the complete his residency in Internal Medicine at St. Agnes Medical Center, Germantown Hospital, and City Avenue Hospital. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and serves as Chief of Internal Medicine at Riddle Memorial Hospital. Dr. Hope is also the Medical Director at Heartland Hospice, Naamans Creek Nursing Home, and the Bone Health Center of Delaware Valley. He also serves as the Chairman of Internal Medicine at Riddle Memorial Hospital. Dr. Hope is certified in Clinical Densitometry and performs bone scans at the Bone Health Center.
Michele L. Boornazian, D.O.
Dr. Boornazian is a resident of Delaware County. She received her B.S. degree from Millersville University and master’s degree in nutrition from Penn State University. Dr. Boornazian is a graduate of Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her postgraduate training at Memorial Hospital in York, PA and Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She is board certified in Family Medicine and Geriatrics, as well as Palliative Medicine. Dr. Boornazian serves as Hospice Director for Vista Care Hospice.
Alexander I. Kiotis, D.O.
Dr. Kiotis is a resident of Delaware County where he lives with his wife and two sons. He received his B.S. degree from Villanova University in 1978 and graduated from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1982. He then completed his residency at City Line Avenue Hospital. He is board certified in Family Medicine and Geriatrics. He is also certified in sports medicine. Dr. Kiotis practiced for 22 years in Upper Darby where he was appointed chief of Geriatrics in the Department of Family Medicine of Delaware County Memorial Hospital. Since July 2006, Dr. Kiotis transitioned his practice to Rose Tree Medical Associates with his primary hospital affiliation being Riddle Memorial Hospital. He is fluent in Greek.
Armen M. Sevag, D.O.
Dr. Sevag is originally from Delaware County and currently resides in Garnet Valley. Dr. Sevag graduated from Devon Preparatory School and Villanova University with a double B.A. in Psychology and Honors. In 2003 he graduated from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He then went on the complete his residency in Internal Medicine at Delaware County Memorial Hospital and Crozer-Chester Medical Center. He is board certified in Internal Medicine. He is fluent in Armenian and is a professional musician in his spare time.
Jannette A. Morrow, M.D., M.B.A.
Dr. Morrow is a resident of Wilmington, DE and is originally from Jamaica, New York. She received her B.A. degree from Cornell University. Dr. Morrow is a graduate of University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and completed her postgraduate training at Booth Memorial Hospital and Long Island Jewish Hospital in New York. She holds an MBA in healthcare from Baruch College. She is board certified in Internal Medicine and Geriatrics. Dr. Morrow is also a medical director at Heartland Hospice. Dr. Morrow specializes in house calls.
Kelli Yacono, D.O.
Dr. Yacono is a life-long resident of the Delaware Valley. She attended Widener University where she earned her B.S. in Biology. In 2005, Dr. Yacono graduated from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. From there, she went on to complete her residency in Internal Medicine at Crozer-Chester Medical Center in Upland, PA. During her residency, Dr. Yacono was leader of several research groups focusing on the advancement of healthcare in areas such as congestive heart failure, high blood pressure and deep vein thrombosis. She is experienced in American Sign Language (ASL) and has a special interest in the medical needs of the Deaf community. Dr. Yacono married her middle school sweetheart and is the proud mother of triplet boys. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, participating in church activities and skiing.
Aaron Best, D.O.
Dr. Best has lived in the Philadelphia area for the nearly past 20 years. He met his wife at his undergraduate school, West Chester University, and graduated with a B.S.in Chemistry and Biology. They now have two children. Dr. Best attended the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine for his medical school training, and completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Abington Memorial Hospital. He was a member of the Hospital Patient Safety committee during his residency; which is still a special interest of his. Dr. Best enjoys playing and attending sporting events, reading, movies, and most especially spending time with his wife and rambunctious two kids.
Brenda Price, N.P.
Nurse Practitioner Brenda Price is a resident of Boothwyn, Delaware County, and orginially from Birmingham, Alabama. She is married with one daughter. Nurse Practitioner Price received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 1993 and Masters in Gerontology in 2005 both acquired from Neumann College. She is board certified in nursing and gerontology. Brenda is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau society and Pennsylvania Academy of Nurse Practitioners. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, spending time with family, and the Fabulous Five book club members and participating in church affiliated activities.
Brian McIntyre, D.O.
Dr. Brian McIntyre is a native of New Jersey, where he completed his B.A. in Biology from Rutgers University. Following his undergraduate studies, he embarked into the Philadelphia school district as a first grade teacher. He then resumed his studies in medical school training at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey's School of Osteopathic Medicine. Post-graduate training was completed at Johns Hopkins University Hospital, where he was trained as a specialist in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Dr. McIntyre focuses on musculoskeletal and sports medicine. His patients benefit from a holistic style of practice using natural, preventative and Osteopathic Manual Medicine.
Katherine Chin, M.D.
Dr. Chin grew up in Northern Virginia where she attended Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology. She then attended Cornell University where she received her Bachelors of Science and Masters of Engineering in Chemical Engineering. Dr. Chin moved to Philadelphia for medical school at Drexel University and then completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Lehigh Valley Hospital. She is involved in clinical trials and has a special interest in endocrinology.
